New Ushers

New to ushering at the Highlander? Start here.

  1. Read the usher guidebook. It covers what to expect on a shift, where things are, and how we handle common situations.
  2. Watch the safety video.
  3. Review the U.S.H.E.R. values that guide how we treat every guest.
